Thomas began his coffee journey in his home country of the Netherlands.

While studying with ROC Mondriaan (Den Haag), he was initially drawn to the beverage industry with an interest in wine and alcohol. Nevertheless, Thomas quickly identified his true passion was coffee. Now living in Brisbane, Thomas is proud to be a part of the Australian coffee culture known and loved around the world.

Confident in his approach and understanding of the dynamic coffee industry, Thomas has found that in the past 10 years his joy and creativity have flourished. His “imagination is always running when selecting new flavours for my blends”, and with the success of his inaugural Stroopwafel blend our customers agree!
